MCT ~ "Made In Minutes" Monday

Good morning! I hope you all are staying warm and healthy! I know we had some snow and are getting ready for the next round of frigid temperatures...brrrrrr!

So today starts a "new" little segment over at My Creative Time, called "Made In Minutes" Emma would like us ladies to create something in under 30 minutes from start to finish. Well when I read this I about panicked! I thought how in the world am I going to do this! Well guess what ~ I did it and totally LOVED doing it! What a fun idea and I am going to challenge myself more often!

For my card I wanted to keep it CAS ( clean and simple). I am challenging myself this year to attempt at creating more CAS cards and since it was my first time under a timer, I thought why not! I looked around at all the My Creative Time goodies and thought I need to use this cute little phone more often. Any way, I need to send a friend of mine a card and thought this would be a simple but to the point card! I LOVE the white on white with the hint of red. What do you think?

Here is my time! How about my son is the one who showed me I had this on my phone ~ he is 8 and so much smarter than me! LOL!

MCT ~ Tag it Tuesday

Good morning! Today is first Tag It Tuesday of 2014 over at My Creative Time with Emma and the design team! We get to create any type of tag our little hearts desire.

So I thought I would make a birthday tag filled with some awesome products that Emma just release in the past few months. I really like mixing and matching her old stamps and dies with her new ones.

I thought I would take one of the Tag Dies and the new Stitched Gift Card Pocket Die and see what I came up with! I think one of my design team sisters did this but to be honest I can't remember! Gosh I can barely remember what I had for dinner the night before, so I apologize if I am not giving credit. I wanted to use this new burlap paper from DCWV, that my sweet enabler friend Katie told me about. Trust me she in NOT my only enabler out there ~ you all know who you are and the list is too long to call you all out right now! LOL! I was so excited that Emma's die took to this very think paper because it has a paper backing to it. LOVE how this die looks made out of burlap! I did hot glue it together. My background for my tag is from the stamp set Get Schooled. This set comes with 3 awesome stamps that could be used for a variety of different projects. I will list the rest of my products I used below.

So today I wanted to keep this card really simple! I have had this paper forever and when I saw that vintage typewriter on the "Once Upon A Time" stamp set, I knew I wanted to use this paper with the dress form. I thought they fit so great together! The sentiments on this stamp set fit on sooo many of Emma's existing dies! LOVE that she is always thinking! Okay I promised to keep this short...

Well today is our final day of the My Creative Time Sneak Peeks. I have been in awe of not only this release and Emma's vision for her products but the design team & their projects this week! WOW!

So today we will be featuring the "Stitch Surprise Pop Out Card" and the "Stitched Gift Card Pocket Die" . Oh my word am I going to use these dies a LOT! I love interactive cards and I have made very few to say the least. I am super excited that Emma has this new die out because I LOVE it! Then the new pocket die for gift cards! You can use this so many ways and for so many things! I hope to show you in the very near future what I have in mind for it!

Aren't you in LOVE with these new dies! OMG ~ I know I am and all we have to do is die cut it out! No thinking what so ever! LOVE it!!!. This die fits in an A2 sized envelope too. My background is an existing stamp called "Love Collage" . I adore how the "Square Stitched Goody Dies" , the small one fits in the new little envelope die ~ too CUTE! So in L.O.V.E. with these new dies and stamps!

**EXCITING NEWS**

It's day #3 of the My Creative Time January Sneak Peeks. I have to say my "heart" was a pumping from yesterdays project that Emma and the design team made! Today ~ lets just say you will be
"flying high" with inspiration!

Today we will be using the stamp sets "Once Upon a Time", "Plane & Simple" and the "Fun Paper Airplane Die" . I happened to use all three of these on one little tag.

So for today's project, I wanted to make something rather quick and fast. I thought I would make a little note to put in my husbands lunch... just to say I LOVE you! I ADORE this little set and so happy Emma is giving this away as a "freebie"! It is so darn ADORABLE!!! Plus the stamp is just PERFECT for so many other MCT products!

At first I took the "Tag Dies" and was going to make a card but the more and more I looked at it I thought why not make it like a pocket slider card. Not sure that makes sense ~ LOL! I adhered all the sides but left the right side open so I could slide the cute little tag from "Stitched Round Tab, Arrow & Tag Dies", out. Added some other FABULOUS MCT products and done! Very "Plane & Simple" ( so fun to play on words) but I love how it turned out!

**EXCITING NEWS**

Hello and welcome to day #2 of the My Creative Time 29th Release! Well if you thought yesterday was AMAZING wait until today! I know I always say this but Emma just blew my mind with this release! Today the design team will be featuring "Puffy Hearts For You" , "Stitched Sweethearts & XOXO" and the "Mini Stitch Envie" . All I can say is I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these!! I think I kept you all too long yesterday so today I want to keep this post brief.

I made a totally different card for today but when I was literally crawling into to bed I thought of this idea! So at first you are probably thinking ~ this is so boring! The front is very basic but just wait...

Then BAM! I LOVED how this turned out!

Here is one more picture so you can sort of see how the card actually works.

I LOVE that Emma has new dies that not only die cut with stitching but leave her signature stitching around the edge. I die cut this heart thru the white and red card stock. I used the actual white heart to use as my template. I used the Scallop & Stitched Circle die with some red tissue paper to make the puffy heart! I was so fun to create plus it goes perfectly with the new sentiment!

**EXCITING NEWS**

I'm so EXCITED for this release! There are so many WONDERFUL things in this release I literally could scream! Well for today Emma has come out with these new "Winter Flake Dies" . OMG ~ I am obsessed with them. Then there is the new stamp set "You're So Cool" . You get to build your own snowman and is filled with tons of sentiments! EEK! So fun to work with especially for the cold winter we have been having. I thought it would be fun to create a PL page for our families Winter of 2014! Now there are no pictures because it has been so cold out ~ who wants to go out in that ~ not this lady! So I will have to add a picture later. The good thing is I can either slip it into the frame or I can just die cut the picture out. I will list all my materials under each individual pictures.
