MCT ~ Anything Goes

Good morning! Today is Anything Goes over at My Creative Time with Emma and the design team! Today we get to create anything our hearts desire!
For my project I couldn't help but use the Thank You Mom set from the last release. I think this set is super fabulous and you can easily create or mass produce with this set. I thought I would make a real simple and fast card you could quickly whip together to send a friend a note!
My sentiment, which is from the Thank You Mom set was stamped on one of the Sentiment Label Dies. I adhere my flowers on one of the rectangles from the MORE Stitched Rectangular Dies then simple placed one behind slightly askew. The edge at the bottom of my card is from the Pretty Edge Dies and filled with some red hearts just to add a little detail. Added some twine and done! Super simple!
Materials Used:
Paper ~ PTI
Ink ~ VersaFine and VersaMark
twine
clear embossing powder Signo Pen

MCT ~ 66th Edition Release Sneak Peek Day 3

Good morning! Today kicks off day 3 of the My Creative Time 66th Edition with Emma and the design team. We sure hope you have enjoyed the first few days of this release! Today we have a sweet little set called Grad Night. This set has two sweet little animal images, an owl and worm, along with some fun accessories and sentiments.
I decided to use the worm, which I colored with Copic markers then die cut him out. His cap and glasses were heat embossed, then I used glossy accents on his lenses. I stamped my sentiment on one of the Stitched Round Speech Bubbles. I created my background by using the More Stitched Edges Dies. I couldn't help but use the Stitched Squares Inside & Out Dies for my card base. Of course you all know me and my ribbon, I had to add that!
Super simple way to congratulate someone on their graduation!

Today we are showcasing two new sets, Thank You Mom and Watering Can Die. I have to say these two sets are simply adorable. I thought I would color my watering can in gray to give it the galvanized steel look. I then placed the three little flower along with the stems behind my watering can. I always heat emboss all my sentiments. I thought using the interactive Surprise Pop Out Card Die was a perfect choice for this card.
Super sweet little card!

For my project I couldn't resist using two of Emma's newest sets, Showers of Happiness and Make A Splash. Both of these sets have some cute images and sentiments and I love the fact they can be mixed together. I place my umbrella and puddle on a frame from Thank You & Frame Dies. Added a heart from my scrap bin, not sure what set this is from and some twine and called it a day. Super simple card for someone who is under the weather!

MCT ~ 3D Wednesday

Good morning! Today  Emma and the design team over at My Creative Time are creating any type of treat holder, gift card holder, favor or gift, anything but a card.
I love being assigned 3D Wednesday for various reasons, one being that Emma has the best little treat dies and so many wonderful other products.
Today happened to be my mom's birthday! She is such a super sweet and kind person who never really asks for much and goes with the flow... I seriously love her and need to tell her more often!
The Treat Pouch Die was a perfect choice to use for her sweet little gift I bought her. I decided using bright colors would match her personality. I used one of the doilies from Bunch of Stitched Doily Dies, then adhered the hearts from Stitched Sweetheart & XOXO Dies. My sentiment is from the Make A Wish stamp set, which is stamped on the Sentiment Label Dies.
Super simple but fun way to give a gift!
Materials Used:
Paper ~ PTI
Ink ~ VersaMark and VersaFine
Ribbon ~ SU
twine
