MCT 32nd Edition Release Blog Hop

Okay so I kept you too long yesterday! So I am going to keep this as short as I can for todays post. For my card today, I will be showcasing the Build A Scripty & Watercolor Background. I have always love script and this background stamp is simple BEAUTIFUL! I know I could have used it a lot of different ways but wanted to keep it simple and I hope I accomplished that. I shared with you all yesterday how I did my dragonfly, well I couldn't resist trying these on the butterflies as well. Click here to see Mary's post on how to create these. I just love how Emma has dies and stamps that coordinate together. I cant wait to play some more with this entire release! It really is one of my favorite release to date! You will LOVE it too! I promise!

MCT ~ May Sneak Peak Day #4

Well today is the last day of the My Creative Time May Sneak Peeks! This week has been so fun and totally inspiring! I just ADORE everything that Emma and the design team has created for this release, so fun and inspiring!

Well today the design team will be featuring 3 more sets, Live, Love, Laugh & Be Happy, Pretty Butterflies & Dragonfly Dies and Social Media Dies. First let me start off by saying I am in LOVE with all of these! The butterflies are simply GORGEOUS and so are the stamps! EEK! Then the Social Media Dies, I have been wanting these forever for many various reasons. You will see on my next card!

For my first card I fell in love with the dragonfly die! It's so CUTE! So I wanted to try this new idea and I thought this was the PERFECT time! I was also inspired by the ribbon, I have enough of it to cover my house a few times! This woman is named Mary and her flowers are simply AMAZING and GORGEOUS! Click here. I just LOVE the new circle dies and thought making a base for a card would be such a fun shape. I know Emma has showed you all how to do this with her amazing dies.

Alright for my next card I just wanted to have FUN! I mean haven't we all been there at least once in our lives when you just TOTALLY forgot or didn't have time to get a card out to that special friend! The friend who will TOTALLY get this card! I LOVE these Social Media Dies. They aren't just good for this type of card and can see them for so many more reasons like: @ the zoo or @ then add an age! Or you could just use the number symbol for You are my #1! Seriously the possibilities are endless! Thanks Emma for doing these dies!!! You are probably wondering where did she get the "oh" at?? Well see on the Speech Bubble Sentiments the letter "u" is not connected and I just flipped this around! Don't you just LOVE it!

MCT ~ May Sneak Peek Day #3

Hello and happy hump day! Today we kick off Day #3 of the May My Creative Time Sneak Peeks! I am just in awe of Miss Emma and the design team. I mean these ladies just rock!

Okay so I kept telling you to "anchor " yourselves the past two days, well today you will finally see why! MCT ~ Made In Minutes

Happy Monday everyone! I hope you had a great weekend! I know we sure did and actually really sad it is over. We spent Saturday working on a project for my son and most of Sunday at the baseball fields. Can't wait until next weekend!

Well today is Made In Minutes over at My Creative Time! This is when Emma and the design team make cards that literally take minutes. As you can see mine didn't take long at all. I am still stuck in my yellow and black phase , I truly blame it on where I live because of our sport teams.

I really LOVE these new flowers stamps from Build A Pretty Flower. I used two different Stampin Up yellows and added glossy accents to them. Of course I had to add ribbon because my love for that too! Something so simple and quick that took literally under 15 minutes to create, minus the glossy accents which obviously took longer to dry.

MCT ~ Tag It Tuesday

Good morning! Today is Tag It Tuesday over at My Creative Time with Emma and the design team. This time around we will be featuring Graduation Themed tags. This time of year is packed with high school and college graduations, what an exciting time.

This was perfect timing, since my sweet friend has a son who will be graduating from high school in the next few weeks. I chose to use his school colors with a blend of the traditional white and black. I can't believe how many sentiments Emma has that fit PERFECTLY for graduation themed projects. I honestly had a hard time picking one, as you can see, so I added as many as I could! LOL! I also decided to sneak in a peek ( I have been doing this as often as I can) of something from up coming My Creative Time release. It's so fun to play with and just a little info... your NOT going to want to miss this release... just sayin! Wink, Wink! For the back of the tag , I kept it really simple. Just a place to send a note and a gift card. Super easy right??

I also want to apologize for my picture in advance, apparently the sun wants to hide from me lately! As always I will list all my materials below the picture.

MCT ~ Whatever Wednesday

Good morning! I LOVE Wednesday because the week is half way gone and closer to the weekend! YAY!!

Today over at My Creative Time , It's Whatever Wednesday! This is when Emma and design team make whatever we want! So for my project today I am sharing a card I made for my sweet, beautiful and fabulous sister-in-law! She turned "40" this year! We welcomed her into our age bracket ~ note the brackets I used from the "It's All About You" stamp set! Hehehehe! We had a small family gathering with little surprises, dinner and lots of laughs. Perfect excuse to have a family get together!

MCT ~ Try Me Tuesday

Good morning! Today is Try Me Tuesday over at My Creative Time! Emma has asked us to make a card with a window. This can be a simple opening revealing a sentiment or image on the inside or whatever way you want to interpret ‘window’.

So I wanted to show you a real simple card to send a little note to a friend! I centered my Squared Stitched Goody Die ( the larger one) and die cut it out on the base of my card. Then took a scrap piece of yellow paper and did the same. I LOVE the fact the, It's All About You sentiments fit PERFECTLY in this die cut! You will be seeing more of these type cards from me, so easy to create a simple card with! MCT ~ Made In Minutes

Good morning! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! We did despite the on and off rain. We are really not having the nicest of springs here but at least its not the frozen tundra like this past winter.

So today it's Made In Minutes over at My Creative Time with Emma and the design team. We all know how busy life is and creating something that can be made under 20 minutes can be a life savor. I know I am forever behind on sending out cards to family and friends, so I love this challenge! My project is super simple and really easy. No frills but I like it! I need to work on my coloring and my PKS face coloring.
