MCT ~ What a Treat Wednesday

Good morning! I hope you all are doing wonderful! I know I have been missing for a week now but I am hoping that I can get back into the swing of things soon! I can't believe the amount of homework a 4th grader bring home, let alone how different it is from when I went to school...sigh! Then add in baseball and my hubs work schedule and then add a cold in the mix, carving out some crafting time has been rather challenging!

Anyway, it's What a Treat Wednesday over at My Creative Time with Emma and the design team. This is when we make any sort of 3D treat. My son's birthday was last week. He turned 10, yep double digits now. I wanted to make his birthday gift(s) a tad different and a little extra special this year.

So I couldn't resist pulling out the new Stitched Treat Sleeve and Stitched Belly Band Dies. I thought why not make 10 of these sweet little treats and add a gift card, note, 10 pennies, 10 dimes... you get the hint and a few other things too. I figured he would have 10 little fun things to open with a surprise in each one! Can I tell you how fun it was for him to open these! He loved this idea and thinks he will be getting it every year now!

I wanted to keep these as simple as possible, so I used the balloon from Stitched Party Dies and the numbers from Number Fun Dies +Add Ons. You can't tell in the picture but the blue and green paper is camouflage. I added a little twine to add a little contrasting color to the treats sleeves.

MCT 47th Edition Release Blog Hop

Well I am so excited today you all get to see the entire release! I highly recommend purchasing this release! I seriously created everything this week literally in minutes! For my project today, I thought why not make something that you are able to hang on your Christmas tree for that special someone! You can put a gift card inside, some money or even a picture of the gift itself ( that is if it is too big to wrap ) and use it for decoration until December 25th! Hence the "do not open til Christmas" tag! This tag and sentiment is from the new set Holiday Tag. I went with non traditional colors! I can see us all making this Christmas extra special! Can't you?

MCT 47th Edition Release Sneak Peek Day #4

Today is the final day of the My Creative Time 47th Edition Sneak Peeks with Emma and the design team! Now didn't I tell you all how amazing this release is! Emma created this release that included a little bit of everything and projects/creations you can create in just minutes! I LOVE this release!!!

Today Emma and the design team are featuring the Stitched Treat Sleeve Die. Oh my word this little die is has endless possibilities and can be filled with a ton of little goodies! All week I tried to cover as many holidays as possible and today I sort of went for a 4th of July, Labor Day or Memorial Day kind of theme I think this little idea can work for any of those holidays!

If you look close enough the new Stitched Belly Band Die fit perfectly around this new treat die! Isn't it darling!!! Along with one of the other dies in that set! The sentiments a from the new Belly Band Stamps set. You can easily whip these together! I think you can strategically lay these in a basket, so the cookies can be eaten and maybe keep these little treat holders from year to year?? Just a though...

MCT 47th Edition Release Sneak Peek Day #3

Welcome Day 3 of the My Creative Time 47th Release Sneak Peeks with Emma and the design team!

Today we will be featuring the new Belly Band Stamps and the Stitched Belly Band Dies! Now you want to talk about some fun new products! These are totally it! You can do so many wonderful things with these sets! I chose to make a simple card to show you they can be used for cards too. I know the design team has created some fun creations for you all but I wanted to keep this super simple. The dies come with a band and 2 shapes dies that layer! The stamp set has 9 different stamps that coordinate for many different occasions. Just wait ~ you will see what I am talking about ~

MCT 4th Edition Release Sneak Peek Day #2

Welcome to Day 2 of the My Creative Time 47th Edition Sneak Peeks. Today Emma and the design team will be featuring the new stamp/die set called Holiday Tags! This set is jam packed with Christmas/holiday sentiments for the holiday season. I only used 5 sentiments and 2 images... there is so much more to this set. It really is another awesome big set. Then lets talk about the dies. There are 3 different tags that layer with this set. Plus is has a 2 word dies and few other fun ones too! This set is a must have set and trust me these were so quick to whip up! Can't wait to make more!!!

This set can save you a great deal of time around the holidays because we all know time is NOT always on our side. So you can still create pretty little tags with literally no effort because Emma thought of everything!

MCT 47th Edition Release Sneak Peek Day #1

Good morning! Today is Day 1 of the My Creative Time 47th Edition Sneak Peeks! As you can see from the banner above, Emma couldn't have said it better! This release has a little bit of everything! Oh my I just adored working with this release! What I LOVE about this release is that you seriously can create a little bit of everything and super fast!

Today we are featuring the new set Happy Everything. This set literally has every holiday, occasion and a whole lot more. PLUS it comes with this awesome "happy" die! MCT ~ Made In Minutes

Good morning and Happy Labor Day! We will be hanging around our home today just enjoying some ! Last week was our first week back to school and baseball which kept us busy and on the go... so some rest and relaxation is what this family needs.

Anyway today is Made in Minutes over at My creative Time with Emma and the design team. This is when we share with you a project that can be produced in literally minutes. My card is super easy and fast to mass produce!

I love these Stitched Starburst Dies and couldn't wait to make a sun out of them, well at least my version of a sun! Ha! I Adore this sentiment from the I'm Here For You Rain OR Shine stamp set. MCT ~ Favorite Stamp/Die of the Month

Good morning! Today over at My Creative Time is Favorite Stamp/Die of the month! This month it's the stamp set, Let's Celebrate! This set can be used is various ways. I chose to do a PL card/ invite that I can add along with pictures to my sons scrapbook from the fun friend packed night!

The Let's Celebrate set has coordinating dies and tons of different stamps for any occasion. It truly is a fun set! I love that this set has the, words for, date, time, place and RSVP ( which I did not use) because it's just like journaling in a way...right? I used the Stitched 4x6 Journal Die, along with one of the Stitched Rectangular Frame Dies & More for my PL card. I couldn't help using the Too Cute to Spook set to add a little Halloween scene. This little mummy and post are so darn cute to work with and quite addicting.

A little background on my card:

We have a new tradition for Halloween, our sweet friends invite us over to their neighborhood ( since we don't live in one) and trick or Treat with them and a few other families. Well since Halloween is kid oriented typically, we decided let us adults join in the fun in our own way! Yep, we fill a wagon with adult beverages and have fun too!
