Today I am featuring the new die set, Mini Tags 2. Again this set can be used so many wonderful ways! I thought I would make it a actual mini tag with a bigger heart tag attached. I used the Heart Love Note Dies for the bigger heart tag. When I saw the sentiment from the set Chalkboard Valentines, "Okay you win, I'm yours!", I immediately thought of those cute little his & her robots from the set Best Bots Forever! The sentiment on the mini tag is from You Touched My Heart...all of these sets are simply darling!

Today we are featuring the new die set, Heart Love Note Dies! This is such an adorable set!!!  These new dies can be used so many fun ways too!
I thought I would go untraditional colors this time around but yet keep it monochromatic at the same time. The hearts and love all come from this fabulous set! The sentiment is from Love is in the Air, which I heat embossed. Again I couldn't help but use the Stitched Hearts Background and my little felt button is from Stitched Button Dies. My base is made from the Stitched Squares Inside & Out Dies, these are a must have set!
again super simple card that truly can be mass produced!

MCT ~ 62nd Edition Sneak Peek Day 3

Good morning! Today kicks off day 3 of the My Creative Time 62nd Edition with Emma and the design team.  We sure hope you have enjoyed the first few days of this release! I was blown away by this team and their amazing projects! WOW!!!

Today we are featuring the set, Chalkboard Valentines! Now I know you might be thinking, wait did I miss Christmas?? You didn't but we want you all ready for Valentine's Day!

This set comes with so many wonderful sentiments and many of them fit in this cute shaped die! I simply heat embossed in white on Kraft... I love the look of those two together!

I thought I would pull out the Embossed Gift Card Holder, I can start thinking of things to put in my son's Valentines Day pail! I used the Love is in the Air set to add a little detail with hints of pink with the hearts. My sentiment for the top of the holder is from More Gift Card Sentiments. Another  fun and simple way to say... I love you!

MCT ~ 62nd Edition Sneak Peek Day 2

Welcome to Day 2 of the 62nd Edition Sneak Peeks over at My Creative Time with Emma and the design team! We sure hoped you liked yesterdays sneaks!

I seriously fell in love with the set we are show casing today! It's called Love is in the Air! Oh my what a darling set!

The More Stitched Circles is a great little set that I used for my focal pint.

I heat embossed my sentiment and hearts white embossing powder first, then

 I simply die cut the hot air balloon out with mask paper and inked all around it! I then stamped and die cut out the image again and simply colored it with Copic markers. I used the Thank You & frame Dies for my base and simply added some twine and a button.

Another super fast card that you could easily mass produce!

Good Morning! Today starts Day 1 Sneak Peeks of the 62nd Edition Release over at My Creative Time with Emma and the design team. Get ready for a week packed with amazing new products and some awesome creations from the designers!

Today we are featuring the new die set, Mini Tag Dies 2. These little dies are simply ADORABLE and can be used in so many wonderful ways!

I couldn't help but pull out Christmas Doggy & More set. I thought the sentiment fit perfectly on these cute little dies plus the doggy is way to adorable! I used the Stitched "Capture" Frame with Arrow Die to frame a little scene. My piece inside the frame was embossed with the Stitched Hearts Background and I sued the hearts that come with this set to add some extra details. Oh the cute little bow is from the You Had Me at Meow set. Added some ribbon from my stash, by the way I LOVE gingham, just in case you all didn't know that! LOL!

MCT ~ Trending Now: Let It Snow

Good morning! Today over at My Creative Time with Emma and the design team we have a segment called, Trending Now. This time around we are creating Let It Snow projects!

I tried to combine a snow scene and Christmas together.

I used the largest rectangle die from Stitched Rectangular Frame Dies & More for my scene. I heat embossed my sentiment, in white, which can be found in the Seasonal Greetings stamp set. I dug thru my scraps so I can use the More Stitched Edges Dies to help create my background. I simply placed the shape where I wanted my sky and snow to begin and inked away. I then die cut my trees with white paper, using the Seasonal Greetings set, and inked them. I love that you don't have to used a solid piece of paper to create with, inking and blending on white paper can be fun too!

MCT ~ 5 Days of Christmas Day 5

Well today is our final day of the My Creative Time 5 Days of Christmas with Emma and the design team! We sure hope you all enjoyed all the fun and fabulous projects all week! I know we all enjoy sharing ideas with you all and try to make things a little easier for the upcoming holiday!

Okay I only used two products for this project! I made my mug from You Deserve a Break into a gift card! I love how big this mug is and knew when it was released that this could make a cute little gift card holder.

Please bare with me as I explain how I made this. If by chance you don't understand, don't worry, just email me. I have a email button to the right. I will answer any questions.

To start you need to cut out two mugs and one oval, now the two mugs don't have to be the same color or pattern paper. I used a basic white for the back of mine. As you place the oval where it should be on the mug, slightly move it up (maybe 1/16th or 1/8th of an inch) so you can take an X-Acto knife and cut along the bottom of the oval. You need to make this the length of the oval in order to slip a gift card inside. Now glue or use a tape gun to attach your oval but make sure you do not cover your cut line where the gift card need to slide into. Next simply glue or tape your second mug around the edges, watch the top part on this one because you still need to be able to slide your gift card in. Simply place the top mug onto the bottom mug.

Next I took a paper straw and cut it 4 1/4 inches, flattened part of it and taped the flat part to the back of my gift card. I would suggest to use a couple of pieces and try not to cover anything important on the back of the gift card. I was afraid if I damaged the gift card it wouldn't work for the recipient.

I don't know where these straws were bought because a sweet crafty friend sent me these and I LOVE them & try to use them as often as possible! After all this decorate to your taste! Super fun, a little time consuming at first but hopefully with these instructions it wont take too long for you all!

I sure hope you have enjoyed what Emma and the design team has made so far... I know I am taking tons of ideas with me as I embark in prepping for this coming holiday!

I made this super simple gift card holder with an ITunes card in mind. I mean who doesn't love getting that as a gift! I know my 11 year old son LOVES these and so do I to be honest!

I will say after I took my picture I did ink the edges in white to soften the look of my gift card holder but it totally isn't necessary.

Again I will list what products I used for each little element below. No need to bore you with all those details since this is another super simple project to replicate!

Wasn't yesterday totally AWESOME! Well today Emma and the design team will be sharing treat holder ideas!

I thought I would pull out one of my favorite little treat holder, this adorable bag die which can be found in the stamp and die set, Chalkboard Birthday! This die is so fun to create with! I made two different bags. The green bag has a heat embossed image from the Inside Christmas Cards set. I added the Santa hat from the Santa Suit Dies! This bag sort of reminds me of the Grinch, which I adore him! My red bag has the heat embossed image from the Christmas Word Tree, another darling little stamp! Both my bags have pom-poms around them, I found this cute little garland at Target. It is actually garland and cost maybe $3?? I still have some pom-poms left from the sting.

Super simple and fun little way to give that perfect holiday gift in!

I always get excited for this time of year for many reasons, one of them being that Emma does the 5 Days of Christmas!! This is when we share simple & quick projects that you can easily replicate!

Today it's all about tags! I couldn't help but use the new stamp and die set, No Peeking to make some super simple tags! These can be easily mass produced very quickly.

I tried to make them a little different by paper and by embellishing them slightly different! The sentiments are stamped on the Square Stitched Goody Dies, which was my attempt to make them look like presents.

Super simple right, besides no one ever keeps the tags, so no need to spend a great deal of time on them...right?
