MCT ~ Manly Monday

Good morning! I sure hope you all had a wonderful weekend!

Today is Manly Monday over at My Creative Time with Emma and the design team. This is when we make "manly" cards.

For my project today I used the Greatest Handyman stamp/die set. This set screams manly and I simply adore this set.

Since I wanted to keep this card rather simple. I simple colored my hammer with Copic markers and die cut it out. To get my nails to be filled in, I wanted them solid, I simply stamped the nails with VersaMark ink, then used the VersaMark pen to fill them in, then heat embossed in silver. Fun little trick. The Stitched Squares Inside & Out made the base and layers for the card. I simply added some twine and called it a day!

MCT ~ Inspire Me Wednesday

Good morning! Today is Inspire Me Wednesday over at My Creative Time with Emma and the design team! My card today was inspired myself! I think this might be a first for me! LOL!!
I made a card for the last My Creative Time release with a gray, spooky background that I loved, so I thought why not recreate the cloudy background but change it up a little! I decided not to do a moon this time around and changed the gray ink.

I used the More Stitched Edges Dies with some gray ink, super simple to do. The town is from the stamp set, Let's Paint the Town. I couldn't resist stamping the town in red to make it pop against the background. I used the Stitched Rectangular Frame Dies + More with a little twine and added a few sequins.

MCT ~ 58th Edition Release Blog Hop

Today I am featuring the stamp set, Candy Corn Kisses! I seriously adore this set! It's so sweet and fun to create with! I thought I would make a fun little treat bag! I of course used the new set but couldn't help mixing some of Emma's older sets!

I pulled opt one of my favorites, the Stitched Treat Sleeve Die and Stitched Belly Band Dies. They really are a must have set! I also used the Too CUTE to Spook set for my little spider and to add a little detail around my band!

MCT ~ 58th Edition Sneak Peek Day 4

Good morning!! Welcome to the final day of the 58th Edition Sneak Peeks over at My Creative Time with Emma and the design team!

I couldn't wait for today! We are showcasing the new stamp set Spooky Time!! OMG ~ this little coffin, the skull, bats and this tree are seriously so spooktacular to work with! Let alone the fun sentiments that come with this set ~ EEK! LOVE it to pieces!! I used the Sentiment Label Dies for my sentiment and simply die cut the coffin around it to fit perfectly. My spider web is from the Wicked Fun Die set... another amazing set to have for Halloween!

I simply embossed a sentiment form this set along with the spooky tree and a cat.

MCT ~ 58th Edition Sneak Peek Day 3

Good morning! Today kicks off day 3 of the My Creative Time 58th Edition with Emma and the design team! Todays sneaks my haunt you in a "happy" way! That's because this set is called Happy Haunting! Oh my this set is simply FUN to work with! Just fun sentiments and this CUTE silhouette of this witch! Eek ~ love her!

I started off working on my background, by masking off the moon and clouds with the Bunch of Fun Circle Dies and More Stitched Edge Die. I then heat embossed my witch and the bats, which are from Fright Night. I used the Stitched Rectangular Frame Dies and MORE Stitched Rectangular Frame dies to create my frame. My spider webs and spider are from the Wicked Fun Dies... yet another fun Halloween set to have! Added some twine and called it done!

MCT ~ Edition Sneak Peek Day 2

Welcome to Day 2 of the 58th Edition Sneak Peeks over at My Creative Time with Emma and the design team!

If you thought yesterday was adorable wait for today... its super ADORBS!! Today we are featuring the new set Gobble Gobble! Seriously this set is super sweet with tons of stamps and coordinating dies!

I love Fall and Thanksgiving time for many various reasons but mainly because I am thankful for everything!

My leaves, pumpkin, banner, sentiment and the word background I used for this card is all from this set! Yep... you read that right! I simple stamped, die cut and colored my images. I used both the Bunch of Fun Circle Dies and More Stitched Circle along with the Bunch of Stitched Doily dies for the center. The background is from the Grainy Wood Background stamp, this is another must have stamp in my eyes! Inked up the edges and added some ribbon, jute and a button and called it done! I really love how Emma's new and older products work perfectly together!

MCT ~ 58th Edition Sneak Peek Day 1

Good Morning! Today starts Day 1 Sneak Peeks of the 58th Edition Release over at My Creative Time with Emma and the design team. Get ready for a fun filled week of amazing new products!

Today we are featuring a new stamp and die set called, Candy Corn Kisses. This set is simply darling!

I simply stamped and colored both sizes of the candy corn, then die cut them out. I heat embossed my sentiment. I used the MORE Stitched Rectangular Dies for my base, then used die cut a circle out with the Bunch of Fun Circle Dies. Simply added ribbon and called it a day! Super simple and cute right?

For my project today I thought I would make a super cheerful card! I of course used the CREATE set but couldn't resist using some of Emma's other amazing sets too! My sun and clouds, I used the You are My Sunshine stamp and die set. I simply inked around the clouds but then simple cut out a template for my sun and inked the sun. My sentiment is heat embossed from the CREATE set. The sunglasses on my sun is from the Berry Special set. Too CUTE right? My label is from the Sentiment Label Dies and I added a felt heart from the Stitched Button Dies. I can't seem to put those little dies away lately! My fun square shape was made possible with the Stitched Squares Inside & Out, another awesome set to have!
