MCT ~ Favorite Stamp of the Month Redux

I wanted to make this card super fun for a sweet friend and this sentiment from the Wow! So Many Candles stamp set was simply perfect! I used the Stitched Circle Balloon to form my cupcake shape, the candles are from the Make A Wish stamp set. I used acetate and ink to make my sprinkles and those sprinkle can be found from the We're Better Together set.

 I used the mummy ( hint on our age here to make her laugh since we are that old now) from the stamp set, Too Cute To Spook set. The heart on my mummy is from Wishing You Both the Best was something I had just laying around.

Quickly colored some of my images using Copic markers but wanted to keep this card a tad muted with some punches of color.

MCT ~ Do Over Thursday

Good morning! Today over at My Creative Time with Emma and the design team, its Do Over Thursday. This is when we make over a project we have done in the past. Now it doesn't me we didn't like our original project, its just something we want to make again but change it up a bit.

I made this card for the 57th Edition Release Blog Hop, click here for all the details.

 I seriously loved it. I LOVE the Berry Special  set and this beet! Between the sets I used and the color combos I couldn't resist doing it over.
Only thing I did was change the shape of my card using the Stitched Rectangular Dies, the post it dies & paper clip are from Be Awesome set and added a little silver button using the Stitched Button Dies. Oh I did change the border to hearts instead of leaves and added a little detail to my background by using the Stitched Heart Background die, I adore this die as well. But to be honest all of Emma's products are amazing and work fabulous together!

MCT ~ 59th Edition Release Blog Hop

Good morning! Welcome to the 58th Edition Release over at My Creative Time with Emma and the deign team.

Today I am featuring the set, Baked With Love. Seriously this is such an adorable set and a must have set!

I white embossed my sentiment on a tag from the Holiday Tags set and on these adorable little cookies! I simply wrapped  a bow around the Stitched Treat Sleeve Die. If you noticed I did not add a cookie to my sleeve because it's not Christmas yet. But here is my tip here, don't adhere the bottom or wrap the ribbon to tight , so you can easily slide it off when you add your cookie. Once you add your cookie, adhere adhesive on the bottom, then slip it back on... nice tip right?? Added a button and twine. I actually love how this turned out!

MCT ~ 59th Edition Sneak Peek Day 4

Good morning!! Welcome to the final day of the 59th Edition Sneak Peeks over at My Creative Time with Emma and the design team!

Well if you thought the past 3 days were amazing wait until you see today! We are featuring the stamp and die set, All Is Calm. This set has a super cute dog, a deer and two wreaths along with a few bonus embellishment stamp and dies! Super fabulous set!

I chose to use the deer from with this set! I just think he is simply perfect! I decided to center him with the half wreath from this set. I used the poinsettias and pine cones to add some detail to my wreath!  My sentiment sit on the banner from the Mini Chalkboard Tags.  I couldn't help using the Stitched Squares Inside & Out dies again, I think these are a must have die set. Of course I had to add ribbon and used the Wink of Stella on my poinsettias, just to give them a little shine. This is another card you can easily mass produce for the holiday season!

MCT ~ 59th Edition Sneak Peek Day 3

Good morning! Today kicks off day 3 of the My Creative Time 59th Edition with Emma and the design team. We are featuring the stamp set, Baked With Love and let me tell you ~ its simple the sweetest set!!! This set comes with 5 sentiments, cookie dies that layer and some CUTE little stamps to help embellish the cookies!

How cute would this little Milk Carton Die be in a lunch! I simply die cut out the milk carton, stamped circles from the You Are Spot On and chocolate chips from our featured stamp set all over it. The cookies were die cut out and stamped with the chocolate chip stamp and placed in various spots on my carton. I also used one of the cookie dies to create my little window. My sentiment is stamped on a tag that you can find in the set, Holiday Tags. I heat embossed my sentiment and attached some twine...super simple!

Note to self... next time I add these types of cookies or any cookies for that matter, always put them in a plastic bag! The grease seems to soak into the paper, thank goodness I snapped some photos before this all happened :(!

MCT ~ 59th Edition Sneak Peek Day 2

Welcome to Day 2 of the 59th Edition Sneak Peeks over at My Creative Time with Emma and the design team!

Today we are featuring the new stamp set, Chalkboard Christmas! Now this set is super duper awesome set! It has 5 larger images with a few smaller ones. I heat embossed my bulbs first on black paper, then heat embossed a bulb on red paper. I fussy cut around this bulb, added some twine. My ornament hangers are from Stitched Ornament Dies , I could help but add these for a little detail. Since I love square cards I used the Stitched Squares Inside & Out die set again, I seem to be in a square kinda mood this release!

Added a little ribbon because I just cant help myself! LOL! 

This is another set that you can mass produce for the upcoming holiday...ok a few months to go but we all know how fast it creeps up on us!!!

Good Morning! Today starts Day 1 Sneak Peeks of the 59th Edition Release over at My Creative Time with Emma and the design team. Get ready for a packed with amazing new products and some awesome creations from the designers!

I wanted my card to have some sparkle and shine to it. I heat embossed the stamp (which by the way, I totally LOVE)  with silver embossing powder. I couldn't resist using the dies, Stitched Squares Inside & Out, for my base and for some layers! Added some sequins, ribbon, twine and jingles bells for a little details and called this one done!

I can totally see mass producing my Christmas cards this year with this stamp set! So fun to work with!

My card today features the stamp set, WOW! So Many Candles and since my son will be turning eleven next week, I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to use this set. I heat embossed my sentiment on one of the Trio Stitched Banners, I wanted my center to be on a blue piece of paper. Then used the Fun Stitched Edges to cut off the ends. I die cut the bigger banner in white so I could layer them. The base of my card and the two little star balloons are from Stitched Circle Balloon Dies. I wanted to give my card a little texture, so I cut out a circle from. More Stitched Circle and adhered it to my balloon. The center balloon is from, Stitched Large Balloon with one's on it from Pretty Bold Numbers. Added a little twine and called it a day!
 I can't believe he is turning "!!" soon ~ where has the time gone??

MCT ~ What's Trending Now ~ Fall Sparkle

Good morning! Today over at My Creative Time with Emma and the design team we have a segment called, Trending Now. This time around we are doing Fall Sparkle!

Now I must confess I struggled with this one and I don't know why??

So I looked thru all the fun Fall stamps and dies Emma has and come up with this! My leaves are from the set, A Thankful Heart, which I adore this set. I love how the leaves emboss, even though I covered them with glitter for my sparkle part! I partially stamped my background with the stamp from Gobble Gobble. This set is from our last release and its so stinking CUTE. My edge is from Fun Stitched Edges, I don't use these often enough to be honest, insert a roll eye for not suing these fabulous dies. Then my sentiment and "happy" die is from Happy Everything. Now I truly love this set because it covers a lot of important occasions.
