MCT ~ Too Die For Tuesday

Good morning! Today Emma and the My Creative Time design team have a segment called "Too Die For Tuesday". This is a segment where we try and give you ideas on how to stretch our dies! Super fun right?

I have always tried to use dies in all different kind of ways in the past but haven't been so creative lately, so this was super fun for my to create this project!

I decided to make a tag for my project today. Now I know we have a fun and cute little painter palette on the stamp set, Let's Paint The Town but I needed a bigger one for my tag and I knew Emma's die would be perfect to achieve this!

I simply die cut two ovals out by using the Scalloped Stitched Oval Dies. The You Are Spot On set came in handy to create my color splotches and the part where the artist places their hand. The Stitched Oval Die is another die you would need to complete the hand part as well. Sorry I do not know the correct terminology but hey I hope you get the point. LOL! I thought the sentiment from the Let's Paint The Town was a cute sentiment to use for my tag. Add a little glossy accents to the splotches and some fun colorful twine and done!

MCT ~ Tag It Tuesday

Good morning! Today is Tag It Tuesday over at My Creative Time with Emma and the design team. Today it's all about tags!

For my project today I used the Tag Dies and Tag Die Layers for my tag. I think these dies are must have in your craft supplies. Another set I feel strongly about is the Make A Wish stamp set. This set is seriously so darling and fun to create with and it doesn't have to be used just for birthdays either! I simply colored my candles, sentiment and my heat embossed images come from this set. I used the Sentiment Labels for my sentiment. With a little ribbon and twine my tag was complete!

MCT ~ 64th Edition Release Blog Hop

Good morning! Welcome to the 64th Edition Release over at My Creative Time with Emma and the deign team.

Today I am featuring the die set, Pretty Edge Dies. I have to say this set is seriously fun to create with. I thought making another gatefold card would be fun! I used the scallop for the gate part and the grass die at the bottom. My bunny is from the Mini Bunny Die set, My sentiment is from my Favorite Bunny and the eggs are from the Scalloped Egg Dies.

The recipient just has to slide the ribbon/bow in order to open their card and it can be easily slide back on if they choose.

MCT ~ 64th Edition Release Sneak Peek Day 4

Good morning!! Welcome to the final day of the 64th Edition Sneak Peeks over at My Creative Time with Emma and the design team!

Today we have two fun sets to share with you, Mini Bunny Dies and the Scalloped Egg Dies. I love these sets because they are so fun to create with!

For my project, I decided to create a scene card and use the new egg dies for the shape. Of course the bunnies are from the new Mini Bunny Dies set, aren't they so darn CUTE! My grass and scallop hills are from the new Pretty Edge Dies. The sentiment is from Favorite Bunny. I The sky was created by using the Fun Stitched Cloud Dies and my itty bity flowers are from Seasonal Greetings.

I have to say I really liked how this egg shaped card turned out!

MCT ~ 64th Edition Release Sneak Peek Day 3

Good morning! Today kicks off day 3 of the My Creative Time 64th Edition with Emma and the design team. We sure hope you have enjoyed the first few days of this release! I was blown away by this team and their amazing projects! WOW!!!

Today we are featuring the adorable set Favorite Bunny! I have to say the sentiments on this set are simple the sweetest, plus the cutest little bunny with coordinating die. I made another frame using the Curly Frame die. I used the edge grass from the new Pretty Edge Dies for my grass and the Fun Stitched Cloud Dies for my sky.

MCT ~ 64th Edition Release Sneak Peek Day 2

Good morning! Today kicks off day 2 of the My Creative Time 64th Edition with Emma and the design team. The Curly Frames comes with 3 sweet frame along with coordinating dies along with a few little sentiments!

For my project I thought actually making a frame was a fun way to show how cool this set can be! I used the big frame and mid sized frame to actually create my frame. Then I stamped the mid sized frame around my sentiment from Every Little Thing. The daisy is from the Stitched Daisy Die., which daisies are my favorite flower, just in case you didn't know but thankfully my husband does! LOL!

MCT ~ 64th Edition Release Sneak Peek Day 1

Good morning!! Welcome to day one of the 64th Edition Sneak Peeks over at My Creative Time with Emma and the design team! We have a fun packed week for you all with tons of new product and ideas!

The new Pretty Edge Dies are perfect for gatefold cards, at least I think they are! I simply scored my card base and die cut the edge die. My sentiment and hearts are from the You Touched My Heart set which goes perfectly with this new edge die. I added a rectangle to the top of the base from the MORE Stitched Rectangular die set.

The recipient simply unties the twine to see their little note.

MCT ~ Cook-N-Craft

Good morning! Today Emma and the design team over at My Creative Time are doing a new segment called ,Cook-N-Craft.

We thought it would be FUN to share what we are cooking up while we are crafting so when dinner time comes around, it will be made already! How fun is this idea/segment! I am always looking for new recipes!

For my project today I thought I would use the new Treat Holder Die to make a few special Valentine's Day treats for the peeps in my house! I made them pretty simple because honestly its all about the candy in this house, especially when its good chocolate!

I die cut the treat holder out, then heat embossed various images from two different sets, Love Is In The Air and Puffy Hearts Just for You. I then die cut some dies from the Love Die and Stitched Sweetheart & XOXO Dies. The sentiments are from Love Is In The Air set , heated embossed on Small Treat Labels Dies. These label dies are perfect to make a simple tag with!

Super easy little treat project!
