Whimsical Wednesday ~ Let's Get Patriotic

Welcome to another Whimsical Wednesday Challenge. This week it is ALL about creating a patriotic card/project. You must include ONE of the following; bling, brads, or buttons. How fun does that sound!

First I would like to tell you how much I LOVE this country. So for my project I wanted to say "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" .  I hope you are able to play along with us this week... please don't worry if you are not from the USA.. play along for your country... we would LOVE to see what you create too!

    Awesome card, Kim! That is such a great flag cut, and I love how you embossed the happy birthday sentiment on it. This would be the perfect card for my cousin, whose birthday is on the 4th of July!

    Kim, This is a fabulous card. I just love the way you designed it and added all the detail. I did not realize until now what a great border punch that is. I will be getting it!

    Very nice card Kim. I love the way you did the flag with all the glitter. Did you have to put all those stars on individually? That takes patience! Great job as usual!

    What a beautiful card to honor our country. Love the flag and all the bling you added. Great stamp and wow your embossing came out perfect, you are right I need to get the embossing buddy:) . I love that banner and the punch. As I was doing this challenge I kept saying darn I wish I had the stand and salute cart. I needed to get creative not having it. Great job with the challenge.

    Kimberly, this card is absolutely wonderful! I love the flag & how detailed it is. The great strips of stars in the background really ground it all & provide a lovely contrast and the star brads & stitching all work so well. The banner from PTI withe sentiment are great too!
