For today I wanted to show you two ways you can use "Coffee Break" stamps set and die. My first project I decided to use the coffee cup die to make a tag. I saw this for the first time over at my sweet friend and fellow design team member, Glora's blog, click here to see the tutorial. It is a very quick and easy gift to give someone with a very special tag that matches!
Materials:
My Creative Time ~ Coffee Break ~ tag ~
Paper ~ Paper Trey Ink
Ink ~ Tim Holtz ~ Walnut Stain
Ribbon ~ Michael's
For my next project I wanted to show how versatile this die could be. I decided to make a flower pot out of it! Yes ~ you heard me correctly a flower pot! I used the coffee cup die from the "Coffee Break" stamps set to make my flower pot. Yes a little unconventional but I LOVE how this turned out! I also decided to use coffee filters for the flowers as well. I used Emma's Stitched Scallop Die to make my flowers. I decided to stamp them with these ADORABLE little backgrounds from this set! Oh can I just tell you how much you are going to LOVE these little backgrounds too!
Materials:
My Creative Time ~ "Coffee Break" ~ flowers, die for flower pot
My Creative Time ~ "Scallop Circle Die" ~ shape of flower
My Creative Time ~ Teeny Tags Greetings Stamp Set ~ sentiment and dies
Paper ~ Echo Park this & That Graceful
Paper Trey Ink
The Twinery Twine
Ink ~ Tim Holtz
Martha Stewart Micro Beads
Ribbon from Michael's, brad and flower soft wire
