My Creative Time 3~D Wednesday ~ Banners

Happy Wednesday!! Do you know what today is ~ it's 3~D Wednesday over at My Creative Time! Our first for 2013 ~ Emma and the design team have some wonderful creations in store for you all! We could make an size banner we wanted ~  whether it be large, small, on a card, a layout or whatever our hearts desire!

Well this is my FIRST time ever making a banner! Yep ~ I have admired so many of you talented crafters make them! This was one of my new years resolutions ( crafting resolutions) so I was SUPER excited! I knew I wanted to make a BIG one and boy did I make mine BIG! I used chipboard for my base then covered it with paper! I cut the chipboard in 6 x 6 pieces and rounded the corners. I layered it down from there! Big right?? What was I thinking ~ it was so difficult to photograph hanging up! I must have taken a billions photos. The good thing is I was smart enough to think a head and take pictures of the pieces by themselves before assembling them! So I will list ALL materials used under each letter! I used my FAVORITE  Cricut font (Cricut cartridge ~ Plantin Schoolbook) and Recollections paper ( Union Square/ Plaza Union) and a variety of inks for my project!  So I must apologize for the picture heavy post!
