Happy Halloween! Today there is a new Designer Challenge over at My Creative Time. This challenge is hosted my the very sweet, talented and creative Miss Glora. She has asked us to make any type of Thanksgiving project. After all the this is our next holiday coming up , so I think this is a wonderful idea!
I decided I would pull out this CUTE little turkey from the "Piles Of Smiles" stamp set. He is an adorable little guy. He has 5 little feathers already but I wanted him to look a little fuller, so I paper pieced another five on him. And since I LOVE plaid, I couldn't resist using this paper I have had in my stash forever. I think the colors scream Thanksgiving. I used a sentiment from the new stamp set "Teeny Tag Holidays" . These stamps coordinate with the "Teeny Tag Greeting " , these have coordinating dies but can be used for many other things and dies. The rest of my materials I will list below. We hope you can play along with this new challenge.
Sorry for the dark picture ~ the sun was struggling to come out that day!
