MCT ~ Scrapping The Little Things

Happy Monday! I hope you all had a beautiful weekend! I know we did! I finally got my floor in my craft room put down! I am over the moon, even though I am far away from it being done. It's been a slow process but us DYI people here it's a tad hard between work and our baseball schedule. But eventually it will get done, right?


It's Scrapping The Little Things over at My Creative Time. With that said this is when Emma and the design team are get caught up on our scrap books. I chose to do a very simple layout! I wanted to use some things from the newest release. You can click here to see the entire release and purchase it.


I chose this random picture of my son. We were watching a movie one night and I just happened to look over and someone, besides me, fell asleep during it! So I grabbed my phone and snapped a picture. I actually took 2 pictures and developed the wrong one, oh well.


I LOVE these dragonfly dies from Pretty Butterflies & Dragonfly Dies. I thought I would add them to add a little whimsy to my page. Miss Emma also came out with the Speech Bubble Sentiments. This set has coordinating dies and sentiments. I just LOVE this set too! I die cut the "you are" multiple times and glue them together, to add some dimension.  The sentiments were a perfect way to tell my son how I feel about him. I could have used almost all of the sentiments from this set to describe my feelings towards him. I also used a ribbon punch that I found while packing and moving my craft room. I don't think I have ever used this before EVER! LOL!
