MCT ~ My Favorite Stamp of The Month

Good morning! Today is My Favorite Stamp of the Month day over at My Creative Time! So excited that Emma chose this set, Bracket Sentiments. This set is so PERFECT for scrapbooking but I wanted to show you that it can be used for cards too! I adore the arrow stamp and who just love the saying too ~ right! I used the cute little elephant from Hello Baby set. My itty bity hearts are from Wishing You Both the Best. Super simple and easy card!

MCT ~ "Do Over" Thursday

Hello! It is only one more day until Friday and I am sooo excited! I look forward to the weekends ~ don't you all?
Today over at My Creative Time with Emma and the design team ~ it's "Do Over" Thursday! This is when we redo a card that either we like or might not have liked. Today I redid a card I liked but changed it up a tad.

I just fell in love with this darn little cow from the stamp set Hello Baby! It's he just the cutest thing EVER! Since I am love dies, I can't help but to love the Bunch of Stitched Doily Dies too. LOVE how these dies look on card! I did color my cow green with Copic markers, thanks to my friend suggesting that color. Who says a cow can't be green right? I did back the cow with a circle from the Bunch of Fun Circle Dies. My "congrats' is from the Stitched Rectangular Frame Dies & More. I popped the word and the cow to give it a little more dimension.

My Creative Time 45th Edition Blog Hop

For my card today I used the largest of the Stitched Starburst Dies. I adore these dies and can't wait to use them on so many projects! What I love about the starburst die is that the Bunch of Fun Circle Dies fit inside them. I used the largest of the circles to create my scene. The other set I used is the new You're a Great Catch. This set has to different dies in it that you can use for waves for water, sand and so much more! Love how you can create the cutest water scenes with this set! I colored with Copic markers, used my inks to ink my water and sand. Super quick and fun little card!

MCT 45th Edition Sneak Peek Day #4

Today is the last day of the 45th Edition My Creative Time Sneak Peeks with Emma and the design team. Aren't you all just blown away from this release?? Eek ~ it was so fun to work with!
Today we are featuring the stamp set Hey There Little Lady! Can I tell you that I LOVE this set. This set has the CUTEST sentiments, with tons of coordinating dies and the most beautiful flowers! Now you all know I am a die girl at heart but this time around I had to just stamp on my card. Trust me this one was hard but I love how this turned out! I colored with my Copic markers, added some Wink of Stella and glossy accents and called it a day! Super simple but fun to create!

MCT 45th Edition Sneak Peek Day #3

Today is Day 3 of the My Creative Time 45th Edition Sneak Peeks. Aren't you all simply AMAZED what Miss Emma has done this time around! I know I am and this release simply is so fun and AWESOME to play around with!
Emma and the design team will be featuring 2 sets today, You're a Great Catch and Find Joy in the Little Things. I chose to use the cutest little guy in his fishing boat for my card. It's also the freebie this month! Now this set comes with 3 sentiments, the image and 2 little fish dies. I wanted to keep this simple, so I colored the image and die cut it out using the Scalloped Stitched Ovals. Even though it used those I wanted to reverse frame this little guy with the Stitched Rectangular Frame Dies & More. I love this look right now for some reason. I heat embossed my sentiment. Now for the disaster part, I went to use my Wink of Stella pen and bam ~ it decided to explode, leak whatever word you want to call it! OMG I was almost in tears, good thing I am just giving this to one of the special men in my life, they know nothing about details in crafting! Ha!

MCT 45th Edition Sneak Peek Day #2


Good morning! Today is Day 2 of the 45th Edition of the My Creative Time release with Emma and the design team! 
Today we will be showcasing the stamp and die set My Thoughts Are With You. Now this set can be used for sympathy cards, you know the ones we struggle to make but yet have too. It has the sweetest flower stamp and coordinating die. I chose not to use the die and wanted to show you how you can make a real simple, easy and fast sympathy card. I heat embossed the flowers two times, masking off the first flower image and just repeating. I used the largest of the circles from the Bunch of Fun Circles. I wanted to show you all that you don't have to color to order this set. My butterflies are from Pretty Butterflies & Dragonfly Dies and my background is from the Build a Scripty &Watercolor Background set. Super simple and hopefully comforting.
I would also like to talk about the jar stamp and coordinating die that is in this set along with a few other sentiments. This set isn't just about giving you condolences, it could make a real cute hello, love you card and a whole lot more! Can't wait for you all to see Emma's video on this set!

MCT ~ Inspire Me Wednesday

Good morning! Today is Inspire Me Wednesday over at My Creative Time with Emma and the design team. This day is when we create a project that inspires us whether it be someone else's project., colors or whatever.
For my card today I was inspired by my sweet friend a sweet and MCT alumni DT Stacey. You can see here post by clicking here. I adored her card and thought I need to make this for my other sweet young friend. She just graduated from my alma mater and of course had to use our school colors.  
I used the Stitched "Capture" Frame with Arrow Die, this die is PERFECT for shaker cards. Since I needed to make this a graduation card I looked thru all my amazing My creative Time products and let me just say, there are a ton of options. I used the Here's Lookin At You and the Follow your Dream sets. My numbers are from Number Fun Dies + Add Ons, LOVE these number dies, they come in handy a lot! My Martha Stewart glitter looks blue but trust me its purple... sigh for that because this card did turn out pretty cute!
