Good morning! I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and hope your new year started off fabulous too!
Today Emma and the design team over at My Creative Time are creating any type of treat holder, gift card holder, favor or gift, anything but a card.
I truly love these days because who doesn't love to receive something little.
For today my project is super simple and something you can totally create for those grade school Valentine's Day party or that special Valentine. I didn't want to put a lot into these projects because honestly the kids just rip them open and get the goodies. You could use pattern paper or emboss any of the MCT images to create your own. But since I wanted to keep these simple and get a start on them, I thought keeping them CAS was my best bet!
I used the Bubblegum Treat Box Die for the fun treat box. I do adore this little die! Then I used the new stamp and die set, Chalkboard Valentines die and two of the sentiments from this set. This is an adorable set!
Materials Used:
Paper ~ PTI
Ink ~ VersaMark and VersaFine
twine ~ SU
clear embossing powder
heart buttons from $1 bin at Target

ReplyDeleteYOU so ROCK!!
Cute treat holders!!
ReplyDeleteThese are so sweet, Kim! I love how you added the buttons to your twine! Happy New Year!!!
ReplyDeleteIt is hard to watch your hours of work get ripped and thrown out...not sure I would want to part with the buttons ;) but they do add a lot of cute to the boxes and a little shine to go with the embossing. Beautiful job.
