MCT ~ 55th Edition Sneak Peek Day 3

Good morning! Today kicks off Day 3 of the 55th Edition Release over at My Creative Time with Emma and the design team!

We are featuring the new set, Make A Wish stamp and Die set! OMG ~ I am over the top in LOVE with this set! Seriously it's so stinking ADORABLE!! EEK! This set comes with 3 different sized candle dies, 3 big and one smaller candle stamp and some amazing sentiments! Oh fun little images too ( my background has a few of them) and a few more fun dies! This is a must have set!

MCT ~ 55th Edition Sneak Peek Day 1

Good morning! Today starts the 55th Edition Release Sneak Peeks over at My Creative Time with Emma and the design team. All I have to say is get ready for a week packed with amazing new products and designs! Emma truly out did herself this release!

Today we are featuring the new stamp/die set, Handyman. It seriously has the sweetest sentiments and amazing dies! The tools are simply adorable too!

MCT ~ What A Treat Wednesday

Good morning! Today is What a Treat Wednesday over at My Creative Time with Emma and the design team.

I thought I would use the Stitched Treat Sleeve Die as a gift card holder, since I used this die before and it was a success, I had to do it again! Click here to see the post. I love how a gift card fits perfectly in this die. You can also use the Stitched Squares Inside & Out to add a special little note to that special someone. My Creative Time just had a Flash 48 hour sale featuring the stamp set Create. This set can be used in so many fun ways, I chose to use it for a crafty friend. My scissors are from the Chunky Jar Accessories. The Stitched Belly Band Dies are a great accessories to these dies as well! Just another simple project using these amazing products!

MCT ~ Made In Minutes

Good Morning, I hope you all had a wonderful weekend!

Today is Made In Minutes over at My Creative Time with Emma and the design team. This is when we share a card or project that can be made in minutes.

Today my project today focuses on my son, his love for baseball and my love for him! We played a tournament this past weekend, three day one too boot! Any way, I thought I would make a pin with his number and his team colors. Red, white and blue and stars.

I pulled out my Bunch of Stitched Stars for my base and use the littler stars from the 4x4 Journal Die + More die set for a touch of details. My numbers are from the Number Fun Dies + Add Ons, the number symbol is from the Pretty Bold Numbers. I rummaged thru the house looking for a pin back button, you know the ones that say "You voted" or something like that,. You know the pins you stuff away in a drawer somewhere ~ LOL!! So I hot glued the pin to the back base of the star and believe it or not, it kept it pretty sturdy! If I had more time, I would have used Modge-Podge to keep it more protected but honestly little damage was done to it wearing it all day. I wish I had time to make all the moms on our team one, since we were all together for Mother's Day at the fields watching our boys!

Well Emma has done it again with this FUN and FABULOUS stamp and Die set, which is called "CREATE"! What I love about this set is that the word "create" comes in stamps and dies and the best part is there are two different fonts for both! Plus there are six different sentiments to "create" your the perfect project.

For my card today I wanted to try a technique I have seen my fellow crafting friends try, Watercolor Bokeh, click here. I love this technique but must admit I didn't fully do it correctly but still like the idea and my card. I will be trying this again for sure! I used the new MORE Stitched Circle Dies with acetate paper to create my circles and heated embossed my sentiment on vellum paper. Added a button and twine. Super fun way to hopefully brighten someone's day!

MCT ~ Favorite Stamp/Die of The Month

Good morning! Today is My Favorite Stamp/Die of the Month over at My Creative Time with Emma and the design team.

For my project today I wanted to make a simple graduation card for a special someone. These are the colors of the future graduate and I wanted to incorporate them into my card. Now since social media is a huge part of the younger generation, even some of us older folks (me) enjoy using social media! I thought using the "hash tag" in the Social Media Dies would be a little fun and hopefully a hit too, celebrating this big accomplishment! My "happy" die and sentiment is from the Happy Everything set. Of course every graduate needs a cap right! You can find this die in the Here's Lookin" At You set. Then last but not least I LOVE the MORE Stitched Rectangular Dies, because they can add that perfect touch. Super simple card that can be massed produced.
