Well this week has been the most inspiration, fun and absolutely mind blowing for me! All the creativity I saw has literally left me speechless! For me to be speechless.. that normally doesn't happen to me often! LOL!

 

I don't want to keep you long today because I want you to see every single project these super talented ladies have made for all of us! My project was so easy to make and fun to make! We have a first Puppy Birthday coming up this month! So her parents decided to celebrate plus it's such a great excuse to get together!

 

I used the "Let's Celebrate" stamp set to create most of this card! The stamps are so PERFECT for invitations! Oh my I LOVE them! I couldn't resist using the NEW "Stitched Party Dies" , I just adore these balloons too! okay this whole release is a must have because the mix so well with Emma's older stamps and dies too! There are endless possibilities! I can't wait to create more with this new release!

MCT ~ August Sneak Peek Day #3

Happy hump day! Today it is Day#3 for My Creative Time August Sneak Peeks! I am truly in awe of all the sneaks so far this week! I know Emma has amazed me with this release and so have my fellow design team members! WOW!

 

 I wanted to make a sweet little boy, who is turning 1 this Saturday, a fun, colorful and happy card. What PERFECT timing for this occasion because Emma has a NEW dies that scream "party"!! The banner on the top of my card and all the balloons are from "Stitched Party Dies" ! Isn't that banner ( I did die cut them out 3 times to get the layer affect) and balloons AMAZING!!! The banner even comes with little die cut bows! EEK! I am so in LOVE with these dies and of course Emma's signature stitching! I did use a sentiment, "Birthday", from the new stamp set, "Let's Celebrate" . This stamp set comes with a coordinating die which I have yet to use but can't wait too! The rest of my stamps and dies are from earlier releases which I will list below the picture.

MCT ~ Sneak Peek Day #2

Today is Day#2 of My Creative Time August Sneak Peaks. So what did you all think of yesterday's sneak peeks? I was blown away by all the design teams creations. I am sure today I will feel the same way! Emma has so many wonderful things in store for you all this week but again you will have to wait and see!!

 

Today is my FAVORITE day! See long story short I have wanted this one die forever! So I am so STOKED that Emma has designed one! It's a Martini glass! Whoo hoo! It is part of the "Cocktail Party Stitched Dies" . Unfortunately I don't drink often but when I do.. this is one of my favorite drinks to have! I prefer mine dirty with extra olives! I only have these every blue moon.

 

I decided to die cut the martini glass in clear acetate, use glitter paper for my Vermouth, pop my olive a tad and put it on the negative part of the "Stitched Postage Frame Die". Doing this I was able to put an Action Wobble on the back. Doesn't it go PERFECTLY with my sentiment? This sentiment is from the new stamp set "Some Days Simply Require...". Isn't that the CUTEST name for a stamp set! I think so. I did use the new "Build a Chevy Background" for the bottom part of my card! Oh my they are just AMAZING and FUN to play with too! My ribbon I must admit I have had forever! When I saw this at Joann's months ago I knew I had to have it! The rest of my materials will be listed below.

MCT ~ Designer Challenge ~ "Back To School" Theme

Good morning friends, today is another Designer Challenge over at My Creative Time. This time challenge is hosted by the sweet and talented Miss Cathryn. She has chosen the PERFECT challenge ~ it's a "Back To School" challenge! You can click here for all the details.

 

 Well this challenge fits into our life just at the right time. This coming Monday my son will be heading back too school. I can't say we had the best summer vacation this year but we did spend a great deal of time together and that is what truly matters.

 

For my card I decided to dust off that Cricut! Yes ~ you heard me right! I do have the Silhouette but I have yet to figure that thing out! That is okay because I had to use one of my favorite cartridges ~ Doodlecharms. It has such CUTE images and I have always wanted to cut the apple from it. I didn't want to use the leaves it came with because Emma has the BEST leave dies for that! Let alone all her stamps and other dies! I could help adding stuff to my card today... so many fun My Creative Time products to use!

MCT ~3~D Wednesday

Happy hump day! We all know what that means, it's 3~D Wednesday over at My Creative Time with Emma and the design team! This is when we can make anything BUT a card.

 

Today's project is something, again simple and quick. Long story but my family has been through a great deal these past few months. I won't get into all the details but needless to say my father in law is in a physical rehab facility. He has lost a tremendous amount of weight and we need to get his weight back up. So my son and I were going to visit him one day. Ryan wanted to take in a treat for him. Well I couldn't just send in a plain chocolate bar. Of course I had to make it masculine looking, there are not my typical colors I normally would use. So I die cut the "Stitched 4x6 Journal Die" two times. I cut the one in half so I could layer it to make it fit the whole bar. I sure hope that makes sense to you! LOL! Then I looked at some of my other My Creative Time stamps and dies and found the PERFECT sentiments for my tag! I did stamp on part of my ribbon as well. I wanted this to brighten his day, encourage him to continue his hard work and know how important he is to all of us!

MCT ~ Inspire Me Tuesday

Hello crafty friends! Today is "Inspire Me Tuesday" over at My Creative Time with Emma and the design team! We can create anything that inspires us! Well my inspiration today is a My Creative Time stamp I have never used! EEK! I LOVED this stamp since I received it years ago! It was a "Bonus Stamp" for one of Emma's early releases and I don't think it is in her shop at this time. Plus the other part of my inspiration is the color black! It really is my FAVORITE color! I know many of you are saying the color black?? This girl has gone crazy! But seriously I LOVE this color! Black goes with everything! Maybe I am Johnny Cash's relative of some sort? LOL

 

Today I wanted to make something super quick, fun and easy tag/project to send  some RAKS out to a few friends! I thought this tag would be fun to attach to their little package! They are new to crafting and I thought it would be fun to see what you can do with AWESOME products! Of course My Creative Time products!

MCT ~ Designer Challenge ~ Black & White

Good morning! Today is there is a new Designer Challenge over at My Creative Time! Our host this time around is the very talented Miss Cassandra. She has asked us and all of you to create a project using "Black & White". That's right ~ no color, just black and white cardstock, embellishments, fibers, photos, etc. EEK ~ that is my FAVORITE color combination EVER!!!

 

So with this being my favorite color combination I wanted to really make my card super simple. I used the new "Hexy Background" stamp. I LOVE this background stamp ~ especially in black on white! I will list the rest of my materials below. But I did want to say that my flower is made from the scallop die from the "Scallop & Stitched Circle Dies" and about 10 coffee filters.

MCT ~ Scrapping The Little Things

Good morning! I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! Well we all know what Monday brings over at My Creative Time, Scrapping The Little Things! Emma and the design team do our best to inspire you and each other to get caught up on our layouts, Smash books or Project Life. I know if she didn't have this day, I would never do it! So I thank her for setting aside this day for all of us.

 

Today's layout was inspired by this picture of my son and 2 beautiful nieces. This picture just melted my heart in so many ways. I was going to write this long post but decided I would write my son my private thoughts about this day. I hope you all don't mind. I did use the "Stitched 4x6 Journal Dies" twice on my page. I used it for my hidden journal tag and I also made a picture frame with it. Just die cut the 4x6 journal die and place the smaller "Stitched Journal Die" on top of that run it through your die cut machine again. I love how this turned out!

 

 

 

 

I did clear emboss the black piece of paper but my photo issues continue.
