MCT ~ Scrapping The Little Things

Good morning! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! I know my family did! We celebrated my mom and her twin sisters 70th birthday! Memories that I will cherish forever.

So lets get right to it today! Today is Scrapping The Little Things over at My Creative Time.
This is when Emma and the design team tries to catch up on our scrapbooks. I decided today I would do a PL page for my sons upcoming baseball season. We have only had one practice so far. April is bringing us lots of rain, but that is okay its better than snow!
I tried to make a baseball field or what I thought it looked like. Well this caused such an up roar in my house ( not really an up roar) but boy my men were trying to tell me how to make it. What they didn't seem to get it was I had to fit my baseball field on the 4x4 Journal Die + More.  I did my best and also told them to make their own version! LOL!  For my infield, I think that is what its called, the negative part of the Stitched "Capture" Frame with Arrow Die. I pretty much based everything around that. Made my own little bases and a Spellbinders circle for the outfield and pieced everything together. For the words baseball and season, I used the Lowercase Fun Dies. I cut them out in white card stock and foam. I wanted them to have dimension. I used the baseball image from Grand Slam stamp set and just stamped it on the letters. I actually LOVE how this turned out. I will list all the materials used under each card to make it simple.

Materials Used:
Paper ~ PTI & paper from my stash
Ink ~ Archival
Wink of Stella Pen
Foam

Now for this card I lifted this idea from my boss lady Emma! I couldn't find the post but she used the Spring Chicken Backgrounds for a chain link fence one time! Well I just LOVED that idea!!!! Thanks Emma!
