MCT ~ Thrifty Thursday

Good morning! Today is Thrifty Thursday over at My Creative Time, with Emma and the design team. This is when we get to create any project- card, scrapbook page, or anything, using scraps/leftovers or recycled items. I LOVE when we do this because it challenges us to use those scraps! I have a ton of them!
Besides my card base and the black piece of paper is from scraps. My star embossed piece of paper, forgot to take pictures, I must have stamped a flower background stamp on it. Then the yellow and white pieces of paper are scraps too! Again forgot to get picture. This card was very simple to make, as you can see! LOL

Materials Used:
Paper ~ PTI
Ribbon ~ May Arts Ribbon
Ink ~ Archival & Versa Mark
clear Embossing powder
Embossing folder
sequins

Head on over to My Creative Time to see the design teams projects!

NOTE: Please keep Franklin Regional School District in your thoughts and prayers. It is a neighboring school district that I have family members and many friends that have children that attend there... Thank You!

  11. What a cool card! Are the sequins in a shaker? I'm zooming in trying to figure it all out. LOL! How the heck did you do that?

  13. WOW! this is fantastic and I love how you also embossed with stars and that shaker star is fantastic!!!

Doggie update:) We are still trying to decide on a doggie, my husband wants an American Bulldog and my little guy wants any kind of dog. My husband 5'10 tall says he is the one that will end up walking the dog so he does not want to be seen walking a tiny fluffy dog LOL! We will post our addition once we decide but OMG! we hear it every day when when... LOL!! I hope you had a wonderful Easter. I can't wait to see your Easter layouts:) Have a wonderful evening.

    Hugs,
    Norma
