MCT ~ "Do Over" Thursday

Hello! It is only one more day until Friday and I am sooo excited! I look forward to the weekends ~ don't you all?
Today over at My Creative Time with Emma and the design team ~ it's "Do Over" Thursday! This is when we redo a card that either we like or might not have liked. Today I redid a card I liked but changed it up a tad.
My first card:

My new card:

I just fell in love with this darn little cow from the stamp set Hello Baby! It's he just the cutest thing EVER! Since I am love dies, I can't help but to love the Bunch of Stitched Doily Dies too. LOVE how these dies look on card! I did color my cow green with Copic markers, thanks to my friend suggesting that color. Who says a cow can't be green right? I did back the cow with a circle from the Bunch of Fun Circle Dies. My "congrats' is from the Stitched Rectangular Frame Dies & More. I popped the word and the cow to give it a little more dimension.
Materials Used
Paper ~ PTI, MME, X-Press It
Ink ~ VersaFine and Archival
Copic Markers
Kid foam

That is it for me today! I hope you all have a wonderful weekend and don't forget to head on over to Emma's blog and check out all the design teams creations!

  1. AWWWW your card is so cute!! Love how you still used the same cow but did it in a different color so ca-ute!! Love the paper you used so darling I too love the doily dies and makes for a sweet setting for the cutie patootie cow. Love that ribbon too.
You definitely showed how versatile Miss Emma's goodies are.. Awesome creative ideas. YOU ROCK!!

  2. So sweet, Kim! I'm loving your green cow! Adorable!

  3. Your card is so adorable and I love the green cow! :) TFS!

  4. The green on the cow is adorable...I would not have thought of thinking what other colors would look great together. Your new card looks more for a boy but could be either. Great background paper too. Beautiful job.
