MCT ~ What aTreat Wednesday

Good morning! Today is What a Treat Wednesday over at My Creative Time with Emma and the design team.

For my project today, I thought I would use the Stitched Treat Sleeve Die as a gift card holder.  I love how a gift card fits perfectly in this die. You can also use the Stitched Squares Inside & Out to add a special little note to the parents-to be! My circles are from MORE Stitched Circles from the April release. My adorable cow and sentiment (heat embossed) is from Hello Baby! I decided to attach my ribbon horizontal, I wanted a fun little way to keep my project closed. I left my ribbon extra long since I have to put my gift card in and we all know retying ribbon can be challenging if it's not long enough. Just another simple project using these amazing products!

MCT ~ 54th Edition Release Blog Hop

Today I am featuring the sets, Build a Sunray and MORE Stitched Circle Dies. I have to say both of these are must have sets. I LOVE that the Build A Sunray set comes with 5 different rays, sentiments and dies, that will sure make someone's day! I stamped my rays with Memento ink and using the circle ray stamp from this set. The sentiments were heat embossed and the "sunshine" sentiment comes with this awesome fun die! The MORE Circle Dies make up my sun center, the base and frame. What I adore about these circle dies, is that its so simple to line them up to make a frame. The clouds are from You Are My Sunshine stamp/die set. Another ADORABLE set, right?

MCT 54th Edition Sneak Peek Day 4

Today is the last day of the 54th Edition Sneak Peeks over at My Creative Time with Emma and the design team. We sure hope you enjoyed all the sneaks this week and I'm totally inspired even more from these amazing ladies and new products!

Today we are featuring two sets today, Build A Sunray and MORE Stitched Circle Dies. Oh my, can I say I ADORE these sets! The Build A Sunray is simple the most darling and fun set ever! Then every crafter out there knows you can't have enough circle dies, right?

I simply stamped my sun rays, I used 4 out of the five designs, on white cardstock. Then heat embossed my sentiment on of the new circle dies. I place my circle on top of the rays and die cut everything out using the Stitched Squares Inside and Out. My cloud is from the new set, You Are My Sunshine. Added some twine and a button, since you all know I love using these little embellishments for some extra details on my cards.

Today is Day 3 Sneak Peeks of the 54th Edition over at My Creative Time with Emma and the design team. Today we are featuring the "freebie" set for this month called INSPIRE. It's a sweet little set! I used the die from this set and heat embossed the words. I think this set can be used is so many fun little ways. The top of my card I simply stamped the bouquet from the MOM set featured on Monday. I wanted to keep my card CAS and decided not to color the flowers. I really like this look to be honest. I used an embossing folder for the bottom half and simply added ribbon. Super simple and to the point.

MCT ~ 54th Edition Sneak Peek Day 2

Welcome to Day 2 of the My Creative Time Sneak Peeks! Weren't you inspired with Emma and the design team yesterday? I was blown away personally!

Today we are featuring the new stamp and die set, You Are My Sunshine. This set comes with four different dies, and oh my the most darling sentiments. Oh my this set is seriously over the top adorable!! I love everything about this set and I am amazed how quickly you can whip a card together.

I started off inking up some linen paper. Then I simply die cut out the clouds and sun.

My little hearts are from another die in this set, that can be used for shaker cards. Cute idea right?? I used the Stitched Squares Inside & Out for my base, I do love these squares!

Added a little twine and called it a day. Simple right?

MCT ~ 54th Edition Sneak Peek Day 1

Good morning! Today kicks off Day 1 of the 54th Edition Sneak Peeks over at My Creative Time with Emma and the design team! Get ready peeps, this is going to be one amazing week!

Today we are featuring the new stamp set, MOM. This set is simply a gorgeous set! There is a stamp that has the most beautiful bouquet of flowers, three different mom stamps and dies and the perfect sentiments.

I stamped and die cut the bouquet, then colored them with some Copic markers. The "mother" is one of the dies with this set, unfortunately you can't tell but I used a deep purple paper. I heat embossed my sentiment and used the MORE Stitched Rectangular Dies and added a little twine. Super simple and sweet idea for a Mother's Day card.

MCT ~ Tag It Tuesday

Good morning! Today is Tag It Tuesday over at My Creative Time with Emma and the design team. Today it's all about tags!

So for my projects today, I wanted to use something I have a had for a very long time and never even used them, my Zig pens! Yep, I have had them forever unwrapped but I have never used them. I simply die cut the Tag Die Layer out with some water paper from M's. Obviously I didn't get real technical with the Zig pens since this was my first attempt with them.  I actually liked using them for a basic background. My bottom layer of the tag is from Tag Dies. My sentiment and the girl image is from You're My Lucky Charm, which I heat embossed. I added sequins to the one tag and glossy accents tot he other after a mishap... I'm actually not minding the glossy accent detail.

Something super simple that anyone can mass produce!

MCT ~ Favorite Stamp/Die of the Month

Good Morning! I hope you all had a fabulous weekend! Ours was super packed with fun between celebrating my mom's birthday early on Friday, then Saturday was all day baseball and Sunday our Pittsburgh Pirate's home opener! Go Bucs!!!

Well since the beginning of the month Emma has a super sweet stamp set on sale...

I have to say this Stripey Background stamp is super fun to work with! I chose to heat emboss in white and use some Tim Holtz inks. Since I wanted to keep this card super simple I used the Sweet Wishes stamp and die set. So many fun little sentiments in this set along with the "sweet" die. I attached the sweet to one of the banners from Ribbon End Banners. If you don't have this set, its a must have set in my opinion. Adding ribbon was my final touch, we all know how much I love ribbon, right?
